====== 屬靈儆醒 ======
我心裡甚是憂傷，幾乎要死；你們在這裡等候，和我一同儆醒。\\
**黑夜已深，白晝將近；我們就當脫去暗昧的行為，帶上光明的兵器。**\\
行事為人要端正，好像行在白晝；不可荒宴醉酒，不可好色邪蕩，不可爭競嫉妒。\\
**總要披戴主耶穌基督，不要為肉體安排，去放縱私慾。**\\
因為你們自己明明曉得，主的日子來到，好像夜間的賊一樣。\\
**人正說平安穩妥的時候，災禍忽然臨到他們，如同產難臨到懷胎的婦人一樣；他們絕不能逃脫。**\\
你們卻不在黑暗裡，叫那日子臨到你們像賊一樣。\\
**你們都是光明之子，都是白晝之子。我們不是屬黑夜的，也不是屬幽暗的。**\\
所以我們不要睡覺，像別人一樣，總要儆醒謹守。\\
**總要儆醒禱告，免得入了迷惑；你們心靈固然願意，肉體卻軟弱了。**\\
但你這屬神的人要逃避這些事，追求公義、敬虔、信心、愛心、忍耐、溫柔。\\
**你要為真道打那美好的仗，持定永生。你為此被召，也在許多見證人面前，已經作了那美好的見證。**

====== Spiritual Watchfulness ======
My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with Me.\\
**The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.**\\
Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy.\\
**Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the sinful nature.**\\
For you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.\\
**While people are saying, Peace and safety, destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.**\\
But you, brothers, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief.\\
**You are all sons of the light and sons of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness.**\\
So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be alert and self-controlled.\\
**Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak.**\\
But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.\\
**Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.**
